Wamiko is an independent IELTS practice tool. It is not an official product of, nor affiliated with, IELTS, the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge.

1. No Affiliation or Endorsement

1.1 This Site is an independent, personal study tool of an individual. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any examination authority, test owner, co-owner, administrator, or publisher, including without limitation the owners and administrators of the IELTS examination (IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners) or any university press or publishing house.

1.2 References to examination names, question formats, band scales, or published materials are made solely to describe what the tools help you practice. All trademarks, trade names, and copyrighted works referenced on or through this Site remain the property of their respective owners, and no license, association, or endorsement is claimed or implied.

1.3 Nothing produced by this Site — including practice results, simulated examinations, and AI-estimated scores — is an official result, certificate, or credential of any kind.

2. Nature of the Site; Non-Profit Operation

2.1 This Site is the privately owned, personal study-tool collection of an individual, created and maintained for the Owner's own study purposes. It is not a company, school, training institution, examination centre, or public information service, and it is not open to the public: access is limited to the Owner and to such individual persons as the Owner may expressly and revocably authorize solely for technical purposes concerning the Site as software and systems, including but not limited to system maintenance, functional testing, and technical evaluation of the Site’s functioning. Any such authorization relates exclusively to the technical functioning of the software; it does not constitute, include, or imply any right, license, or permission in respect of any contents accessible through the Site, the use of which remains subject in full to the rights requirements stated herein.

2.2 The Site has no profit purpose, and no profit has been derived from it. Where features consume third-party computing resources (including without limitation AI-model calls), the Owner procures such computing quota from providers in advance and in bulk. A redemption mechanism exists solely so that this pre-procured quota can be allocated to accounts — codes may be issued with or without any payment being involved, including gratuitously for testing or evaluation: at the moment of redemption, the entire amount concerned is irrevocably converted into computing quota, and the displayed "balance" is thereafter only a meter of residual prepaid quota — not money or funds held for anyone. Allocation, consumption, and any waivers are recorded in a per-entry ledger that the account holder can inspect at any time.

2.3 The Site does not run advertising, does not sell data, does not offer paid rankings or placements, and does not engage in any revenue-generating activity; the cost-defrayal mechanism described above is not conducted for profit and yields no profit.

3. Content Sources

3.1 The materials accessible through this Site — including but not limited to practice texts, word lists, recordings, transcripts, question content, speaking topic lists, and model answers — are not created, authored, selected, edited, or curated by the Owner. Seasonal speaking topics are not sourced from any examination authority and are no forecast of any actual examination. Where present, they are uploaded, imported, or configured by persons using the Site under its technical-authorization regime (see Section 4 and the Terms of Use), solely for the purpose of verifying that the Site's software functions correctly. The Owner claims no right in them; all rights remain with their respective rights holders.

3.2 Uploading or configuring material is the sole responsibility of the person who does it, who must hold all rights requisite to that act; it neither represents nor conveys any right in the material, and no right or license in any material is granted to anyone. Interaction with such materials on the Site is incidental to functional testing, may not be for profit, and such materials are not published or distributed to the public at large; the Site's entitlement controls exist to keep access limited.

3.3 Accuracy is not warranted: materials present on the Site may contain errors, omissions, or differences from any officially published version. Verify against official publications where accuracy matters to you.

3.4 Rights holders who object to the accessibility of any material may use the takedown channel in Section 8.

4. Authorized Use Only

4.1 Access to and use of this Site require that a person hold, cumulatively and in full, all rights, permissions, and authorizations requisite to such access and use — including but not limited to any authorization requisite to accessing this Site and all rights requisite in respect of the contents accessed or used through it. Any person who does not hold all such rights, permissions, and authorizations in full — including but not limited to any person who holds some but not all of them — must not access this Site and must not use any of its contents. Responsibility for determining whether you hold all such rights rests solely with you.

4.2 Use is limited to personal, non-commercial study. Any use beyond such personal study — including but not limited to bulk downloading, redistribution, republication, resale, and any other commercial exploitation — is prohibited.

4.3 The Owner may restrict or terminate any access at any time, with or without cause, as set out in the Terms of Use.

5. AI Disclosure

5.1 Certain features use generative artificial intelligence (large language models) to assess writing, explain answers, and support review. AI participation is indicated in the relevant interfaces.

5.2 AI output is machine-generated and may contain factual, linguistic, citation, or scoring errors. AI-estimated band scores are heuristic study feedback and are not calibrated official scoring. Always verify AI output independently before relying on it, and comply with any labeling requirements applicable to AI-generated content that you export or reuse.

5.3 Content submitted to AI features is processed by third-party model providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.4 The AI tutor may personalize its help by referencing your own study records from the Site's IELTS tools and a study-memory it maintains for you. This uses only your own account data within the Site; details are in the Privacy Policy (Sections 2 and 5).

6. No Guarantee of Results

Practice outcomes, simulated scores, statistics, and AI feedback do not predict or guarantee any actual examination score, admission, or other outcome. Preparation results depend on factors outside the Site's control.

7. Infrastructure

The Site's public-facing server infrastructure is located in the United States (State of California), and the Site is administered from that jurisdiction as set out in the Terms of Use. The Owner may change providers, locations, or architecture as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, or compliance; material changes may be reflected in these documents from time to time. Routing of traffic over the public internet is determined by third-party network operators and is beyond the Owner's control.

8. Takedown & Objections

Rights holders and other parties may direct objections, takedown requests, and legal notices to support@wamiko.com, following the notice requirements set out in Section 11 of the Terms of Use. The Owner may review facially valid requests and address them in the manner the Owner deems appropriate under applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to identified material. Nothing in this Section creates any obligation beyond those imposed by mandatory applicable law, and no response time is promised or implied.

9. Contact

All communications regarding this Site: support@wamiko.com, subject to the notice requirements and non-obligation provisions of the Terms of Use. Communications must be in English.
