1. The Quota Model
1.1 The Owner procures computing quota (including but not limited to AI-model usage capacity) from third-party providers in advance and in bulk, by way of subscription or prepayment.
1.2 At the moment a redemption code is redeemed, the entire amount concerned is irrevocably converted into and allocated as third-party computing quota for the redeeming Account. From that moment onward, no money, funds, deposit, or stored value is held by the Owner for any User. What an Account thereafter "has" is a residual quantity of prepaid computing quota — nothing more.
1.3 The currency-style display of the balance exists solely for metering convenience. It is not money, has no cash value, bears no interest, is not transferable, and confers no right of withdrawal, cash-out, or conversion into money.
1.4 Intended use period. Credits are allocated for prompt use: the intended use period is thirty (30) days from redemption, mirroring the billing cycle of the Owner's underlying provider subscriptions. Availability of residual quota beyond that period is a discretionary, revocable indulgence of the Owner — not a promise, undertaking, or acquired right — and may be withdrawn at any time without notice (see Section 6).
2. Redemption Codes
2.1 Credits are added to an Account exclusively through redemption codes issued by the Owner. The Site has no payment channel of any kind and collects no payment-card or bank data.
2.2 A code is single-use and is consumed upon successful redemption. Redemption of a code already used by another account is rejected; repeated submission of a code by the same account has no further effect.
2.3 The Owner does not undertake to issue codes to any person, in any amount, at any time, or on any recurring basis. Codes may carry conditions (including but not limited to validity periods) stated at issuance.
2.4 Gratuitous codes. Codes may be issued for consideration or gratuitously — including but not limited to for testing, evaluation, or courtesy purposes. Gratuitous issuance involves no sale, no purchase, no payment, and no consideration of any kind. Quota allocated upon redemption of a gratuitously issued code is a courtesy allocation only: it may be reduced, withdrawn, or cleared at any time, without notice and without compensation; it creates no right, expectation, or claim whatsoever; and no amount is "paid" in respect of it for any purpose, including any computation of amounts paid under the Terms of Use.
3. The Meter
3.1 Quota-consuming features (including but not limited to AI-assisted grading and explanation) reduce the meter per use. Consumption varies with the length and complexity of each use and with third-party provider metering, and is determined by the records of the Site.
3.2 Per-use consumption and the residual meter are displayed in the Account interface. When the meter reaches zero, quota-consuming features are suspended until a further code is redeemed.
3.3 Where a single use overruns the residual meter, the shortfall is absorbed by the Owner and recorded as a waiver; no debt accrues to the User.
3.4 Quota rates and feature costs may change at any time; changes apply to consumption occurring after the change.
4. Finality & Refunds
4.1 Because the conversion described in Section 1.2 is completed at the moment of redemption, redemptions are final. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither consumed nor residual quota is refundable, redeemable, or convertible into money.
4.2 Any exception exists only where, and only to the extent that, a mandatory provision of applicable law requires it. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the Site constitutes a voluntary refund undertaking.
4.3 Suspected metering errors (including but not limited to duplicated deductions) may be reported to support@wamiko.com with the account e-mail and the ledger entries concerned. The Owner may correct verified errors against the ledger; nothing herein obligates any particular investigation or outcome beyond mandatory applicable law. No response time is promised or implied.
5. Records
Every allocation, consumption, waiver, correction, lapse, and clearance is recorded in a per-entry ledger, inspectable in the Account interface. The records of the Site are determinative absent manifest error.
6. Expiry, Discontinuation & Amendment
6.1 Expiry and grace. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, residual quota remaining after the intended use period (Section 1.4) has expired is subject to lapse and clearance from the meter at any time, without compensation and without notice. Any continued availability of residual quota beyond the intended use period is a discretionary indulgence only; forbearance on any occasion creates no entitlement to forbearance on any other, and no course of dealing shall be construed as extending the intended use period.
6.2 Discontinuation. The Site is the personal tool of an individual and is not undertaken to be perpetual. It, or any quota-consuming feature, or the Owner's underlying arrangements with third-party providers, may be suspended or discontinued at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. Upon any such suspension or discontinuation, all residual meters may be cleared without compensation to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: residual quota is a metering entry only, not a claim that survives the Site, any feature, or any provider arrangement.
6.3 Amendment. These rules may be revised at any time, at the Owner's sole discretion, without prior individual notice, in the manner provided in Section 2.3 of the Terms of Use; revised versions become effective upon publication.
